With a passion for helping people feel comfortable and capable in their own bodies, Kent specializes in personalized training that focuses on strength, mobility, and long-term health. His coaching style is approachable, adaptable, and rooted in community—meeting each person where they are. 

Kent has lost over 120 pounds in the past 3 years and knows what it's like to face health challenges. He has specialized in helping people recover from injuries, improve mobility, retain and gain strength and endurance, and feel good about their own bodies. 

He wants to see Muskogee get healthier and he wants to help you keep movin'!
