Personal Training

One-on-one training tailored to your body, goals, and experience level.

Personal training at Training Kamp Station focuses on strength, mobility, confidence, and long-term health. Sessions are customized to meet you where you are—whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after time away, or working around joint pain or limitations.

Group Fitness Classes

Small classes with personal attention.

Our group classes are intentionally small so you’re never just a number. Expect joint-friendly options, functional movements, and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages consistency—not competition.

24/7 Gym Access

Flexible access for independent workouts.

A limited number of members enjoy 24/7 access to Training Kamp Station. This option is ideal for those who prefer quiet workouts, flexible hours, and a private, respectful environment.

Recovery Zone

Restorative tools to support your fitness and wellness.

Our recovery zone is designed to complement your training and help you feel your best. Recovery services are available as a standalone option or as part of a membership. You can enjoy the Red Light Therapy and Vibration Plate Services for 10-12 minutes per session. 

Recovery zone access is available for 24/7 Gym Members and Personal Training Clients at each visit.


Total Body Blueprint

An evaluation of your fitness level and an In Body body composition scan to show you where you're starting, how far you've come, or where you want to go in your fitness. Total Body Blueprint includes a fitness evaluation and an InBody Scan.

Program Set-Ups

Program set-ups include a personalized session where you’ll be guided through a custom workout designed for your goals and abilities. You’ll leave with a clear plan you can confidently repeat on your own.
